Is Edinburgh hard to get in?
If so, why?
I was reading a thread on the Edinburgh mailing list recently and someone asked why it was so hard to get into Edinburgh for a festival.
I’ve never been to Edinburgh before, and I’ve only been to London a couple of times before, so I’m not sure if it’s a question of reputation or just a lack of people who know Edinburgh.
My understanding is that Edinburgh is a big city, and it’s a very spread out city. So, it seems like it would be hard to get around and see everything.
So, why is it hard to get in?
I’m not sure if it’s the same for other festivals, but I have been to a lot of festivals and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than an hour to get into the festival.
That’s what I’m wondering.
I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get into any festival.
I think it’s a combination of Edinburgh being a small city and being spread out. It’s not like you can just jump on a train and get anywhere you want to go.
