Working remotely at Cognizant
Does Cognizant allow remote work?
If not, how do you manage the time difference?
I’m a new graduate and I’m trying to get a job in Cognizant. I have a degree in computer science and I’m currently in the middle of a PhD in the same field. I’ve been applying to Cognizant and I’ve gotten a few interviews so far. I’m curious about the remote working environment, because I’m a full-time student and I’d like to work from home. I’m not sure if this is possible, or if I’d have to move to a city to work.
I’ve seen a few people post about working remotely, but I haven’t seen any posts about working remotely while a full-time student.
I’m also wondering how the time difference affects the working environment. I’m located in California, so it’s only 3 hours difference. If I work for 6 hours a day, it’s only a 9 hour difference. If I work for 12 hours a day, it’s only a 15 hour difference.
