This role is based in our London office, but you will need to be able to work remotely from your own home, and travel to the office for meetings.
The RBS will be responsible for helping customers with business and technical support. You will be able to work with customers in a variety of different ways, from responding to emails, phone calls and chat messages, to helping with any installation issues, and helping customers with their products and services.

You will be able to demonstrate that you have a positive and professional approach to working with customers, and can take ownership of their issue.
What you’ll be doing
The RBS will be expected to take ownership of customer issues and will be responsible for:
Helping customers to resolve their technical issues and to understand their products and services
Providing support to customers over the phone, email, chat and in person
Responding to customer issues and enquiries, and providing feedback on their performance
Providing technical support to Fujitsu customers
