Working remote for UGI

Does UGI allow work from home?

If yes, what are the steps to follow?

You have to contact the company’s human resources department.
I’d suggest emailing them and asking them.
I don’t think they will allow it, but it’s worth asking.

According to the UGI website, they do not have a policy on working from home, but they do have a policy that all employees must be in the office at least 8 hours a day.
If you have a good reason to work from home, you may be able to convince your boss that it’s a good idea, but you’ll need to have a very good reason.
Some companies do allow it, and some don’t. If you work for a company that doesn’t allow it, you might be able to convince your boss to let you work from home, but I don’t know if they’ll let you.
I’d suggest you ask your boss if he’s ever allowed a co-worker to work from home. If he has, and you’re not the first person to try it, he might be willing to let you try it. If he doesn’t, then you’re out of luck.
I’m sure there’s a company somewhere that allows it, but I don’t know if it’s a good idea.
