- The company you are going to work for, does it have a branch in Ecuador? If yes, then you are in the right direction, because in that case you will be able to work in Ecuador.
- If the company you are going to work for does not have a branch in Ecuador, but the company is based in Ecuador, then you will be able to work from your home country, provided that you are registered as an employee in Ecuador.
- If the company is based in Japan, but you are going to work from your home country, then you will need to be registered as an employee in Ecuador.
