For this post, I will use the example of a company in the US (Wyndham Vacation Ownership) that has a subsidiary in Venezuela (Wyndham Vacation Resorts) and is registered in Delaware.
The first thing to know is that you do not have to pay taxes in Venezuela if you are working for a US company, if you are employed in a subsidiary that is a foreign company.
In this case, the subsidiary is a foreign company and it is not subject to Venezuelan tax.
However, if you are working for a US company, you must pay taxes in Venezuela.
The difference is that, if you are working for a foreign company, you are not subject to taxes in Venezuela and if you are working for a US company, you are subject to taxes in Venezuela.
So, if you are working for a foreign company, you do not have to pay taxes in Venezuela.
If you are working for a US company, you must pay taxes in Venezuela.
