This is a very real problem. I’ve spoken with many software developers who are excited about their work, but who are forced to choose between a career they love, or a job they hate.
As a software developer, if you’re working in an office, you have to put up with people who don’t share your passion for programming. And you have to put up with a lack of motivation in your co-workers, because they’re not excited about their jobs.
If you’re working remotely, you can still be passionate about your work. You can still share your passion for programming with your co-workers.

The first step to becoming an interviewer is to get yourself a job as a receptionist. You will be required to sit at a reception desk and answer the phone.
You will be required to be polite, friendly and helpful. You will be expected to smile at people and be friendly.

You will be required to greet callers by name, ask them how they are and what they want.
You will be required to ask them to leave a message and then return their call.

What is the relationship between interviewer and interviewee?

If you’re a manager or a manager-to-be, you need to be able to identify the qualities and behaviors of a good interviewer. As the manager, you will be the one who will have to interview and hire the right person for the job. The person you hire will be the one who will help you build your team.

I’ve been thinking about this question for a long time. It’s one of the most important questions I ask candidates when I interview them.
I’m not sure if I’ve answered it correctly, but here’s what I’ve learned.
Interviewers are not good at predicting what a candidate will do.
You can have all the questions in the world, and you can ask the right questions, and you can have the best interviewers in the world, and you’re still not going to be able to predict what a candidate will do.
I’ve interviewed hundreds of people. I’ve never seen a candidate who wasn’t able to do the job.
