How do you get a job at Atlassian?
The hiring process at Atlassian is straightforward, but it’s also a bit of a mystery. We’re not sure how to describe it, but we’ve come up with some ideas below.
The first step is to apply for a job. The next step is to wait for a recruiter to get in touch. Then, after a few days, the recruiter will send you an email to ask if you want to move forward. If you’re interested, the recruiter will then send you a link to a form where you can enter your personal details. This is where you’ll need to prove that you’re a real person and that you’re not a robot.
After that, the recruiter will contact you to ask if you’re still interested in the position. If you are, you’ll then be invited to a technical interview. After that, if you’re still interested, you’ll be invited to a more in-depth interview.
The interview process is completely anonymous. You’ll be asked a series of questions and you’ll need to answer them to the best of your ability. If you’re asked to show your code, you’ll need to bring it to the interview. If you’re asked to write some code, you’ll need to bring it to the interview.
